Robert Jones, Ph.D. Robert’s consulting experience includes research and writing with such corporations as Boeing, Dow, General Dynamics, General Electric, General Motors and John Deere; writing with and for small businesses, tradespeople, architectural firms, residential construction companies and educational institutions. He directed university, multi-disciplinary writing programs in Michigan and Arizona, taught courses at all levels in basic and advanced composition, business and technical writing. Robert also guided writing projects in undergraduate and graduate business, science and engineering departments.
Diane Gruber, Ph.D. Diane possesses hands-on experience in communications, marketing and public affairs with both corporate and nonprofit organizations and is a popular speaker and workshop facilitator. She is a faculty member in Arizona State University’s Communication Program where she teaches courses in professional communication, public speaking, persuasion, advertising, argumentation and mass media. She advises the Public Relations and Strategic Communication program and directed the department’s internship program for fifteen years.
Patrick Bizzaro, Ph.D. Pat’s communication consulting experience spans work with private businesses, municipalities, the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, public schools and universities. He has worked with such businesses as Burroughs Wellcome, Glaxo Wellcome, Glaxo SmithKline, Greenville (NC) Utilities, No Problem Delivery Service and Pitt County (NC) Memorial Hospital. Pat has directed college and university multi-disciplinary writing programs in Virginia, North Carolina and Pennsylvania, and he has taught a wide range of courses from basic composition to graduate-level technical and business writing.
